Job Opportunities
Outpatient Clinicians
Our mentoring services provide non-clinical support to children, families, and parents. Mentors serve as positive role models, helping clients build social skills, develop life skills, participate in recreational activities, and become more connected to their communities. A minimum of a high school diploma is required for mentoring positions.
Intensive In-Community Clinicians
Our Intensive In-Community Clinicians are licensed therapists who provide individual and family therapy, needs assessments, clinical consultation, and supportive services to children and their families. Using a strength-based and solution-focused approach, clinicians work closely with each child and family to address their unique needs and goals.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a related field and a New Jersey clinical license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist. Opportunities are available in Middlesex, Essex, and Monmouth counties.
Internship
Our internship opportunities include working alongside children and families receiving behavioral health services. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work directly with children diagnosed on the autism spectrum, providing services in the home with the child and primary caregiver present.
The BCBA conducts functional behavioral assessments, develops individualized behavioral plans, and supervises their implementation. They also participate in biweekly meetings with the child, family, and support staff to assist with treatment planning, ongoing assessment, and parent training.
A minimum of a master’s degree in a related field and board certification as a behavior analyst is required.
